How We Work

• We undertake in-depth interviewing of each candidate, carefully matching the profiles of clients with the profiles of nannies and maternity nurses .
• We carry out two reference checks, written and verbal and C.R.B. checks (Criminal Records Bureau )
• We have very detailed application forms that are completed by the applicants and any gaps in employment history are thoroughly checked.
• Once suitable candidates are selected for positions for which they appear to be suited, we provide clients with C.V.s and references, liaising between client and nannies/maternity nurses closely.
• We arrange telephone interviews and the candidate interview at the family home or place of work.
• Later we can organise travel arrangements and contract of employment if required.
• We will  also arrange contact for nannies with other nannies in the area.
